大家好!
罗曼·罗兰曾说：“一种理想就是一种力量。”理想，是人类心灵世界的核心，理想信念对我理想起着指导作用，因为宏伟的理想是我们健康成长，成就事业并开创未来的精神支柱和前进的动力。
树立远大的理想，能够让我们目标清晰，三国时期著名军事与文学家，一代奸雄曹操曾说：“大志与良谋，大志是个首要条件。”曹操立志乱世，这个理想引领他前进，虽然在这个理想的路上，曹操经历了失败与挫折，但他没有退缩，远大的理想激励着他，甚至于塑造曹操伟人一般的毅力，有了毅力与动力，难道离实现自己的理想还会远吗?
树立远大的理想，能让我们得到别人的爱戴与尊重。三国时期著名的仁义之君刘备立志要匡扶汉室，还百姓一个太平盛世。他身上散发出的为民着想的仁义之光也照亮了他身边的人。百姓听闻“刘使君来”便欢呼雀跃，如逢甘露。有远大理想的人，他们胸怀的目标会让他们有一种“争取做个莎士比亚，其余的事由命运决定的气质，他们会一直努力，实现理想。
树立远大的理想，能够让我们战胜自身的缺陷，内心的怯懦。《孟子》有言：故天将降大任于斯人也，必现苦其心者，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为，所以动心忍性，增益其所不能。这里面有赫赫有名的司马迁，他虽然遭受宫刑，但他没有寻死，而是发愤图强，把自己的全部生命寄托在理想之上，他的.理想就是《史记》。理想战胜了身受困境与玷污，战胜了内心的怯懦。后来《史记》被鲁迅誉为“史家之绝唱，无韵之《离骚》”。
对于我们这些青年，人生的道路还是很漫长，未来的世界很精彩，我们更应该树立远大的理想去迎接属于我们的精彩世界，为实现中国梦而去奋斗努力，即使通往理想的路上会让我们受到打击，挫折，我们也应该一往无前。
“少年强则国强”，我梦每一个青少年都要树立远大的理想，不断向着理想努力前进，这样我们的国家就好更加强大。
人要有宏伟的理想。

The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.
Attitude to me is more important than facts.
It is more important than the past,than education,than money,than circumstances, than failures,than successes,than what the other people think,say,or do.
It is more important than the appearance,the giftedness or skill.
It will make or break a company,a church ,a home.
The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day, regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day.
We cannot change our past.We cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way.We cannot change the inevitable.
The only thing we can do is play on the one stage we have.And that is our attitudes.
I am convinced that life is ten percent what happens to me ,and ninety percent how I react to it.And so it is with you.
We are in charge of our attitudes.

大家好!我是。
今天我演讲的题目是《要么出众，要么出局》。
世界那么大，在这个世界上，我们都很疲惫，都很伤感。但是，我们又能怎么办呢?我们只能让这青春年华像花一样地绽放。也许只有这样，在以后的许多回忆里，我们才会感到人生许多时候都是美好的。
不得不说，人生路上难免会有挫折，关键是在跌倒的时候，要勇敢地抬头。我从书上看到过这样一句话：“人生，失败并不可怕，可怕的是不再向前奔跑。拼尽全力才能成为不可替代的人。”不屈的生命是要自己拯救自己，只有自己拯救自己，才能在逆境中不断的前进。我几乎每天都能听见一些抱怨，什么“今天作业多啊。”“今天我好困啊。”这些，几乎每天都能传入我的耳朵。
但是，光抱怨有什么用!更多的时候，我们也许要逼自己一把。有个年轻人进去一家企业，由于他多才多艺，书法、写作、音乐、体育样样精通，到单位后他从事政工工作，两年下来，当初参加工作时的激情背枯燥的工作消磨殆尽。在单位，他喜欢的是别人反感的，他反感的却是别人喜欢的。整天埋在文件堆中，他觉得自己的性格不适合干政工工作，于是他决定考研。
因为毕业时他只有大专学历，以此为起点考研究生是很难的事。于是，他白天上班时认真工作，一下班就如饥似渴地埋头于书山题海之中。为了实现自己考研的梦想，他常常学到凌晨一两点钟，肚子饿了就啃一点面包，困了就用冷水洗一把脸，然后又投入到学习当中去。那段时间他一心想考研究生，可是在别人眼里，他各方面都很不错，没必要去受这样的苦。第一年，他因经验不足，以几分只差名落孙山。于是，他又发奋起来学习。第二年，他又与两分只差与研究生失之交臂。他的单位也濒临破产，他既需要照顾父母，还要供妹妹上大学，巨大的经济压力使他几乎喘不过气来。但他并没有放弃。第三年，他又考研失败了，成绩公布的那天，他含着泪撕碎了令人心酸的成绩单，他刚要把成绩单扔出窗外，却被一只蜘蛛所吸引，它正在织网，可它刚织好网，就被一阵大风刮破，但它一而再，再而三的织网。把自己逼上绝路的蜘蛛成功了!这一幕，让那个年轻人的眼睛湿润了!一只卑微的蜘蛛尚能做到绝路求生，何况有思想和信念的自己呢?第四年，那个年轻人终于收到了重点大学的录取通知书。他拿到录取通知书时，说了这些一句话：当你觉得自己不够幸运的时候，把自己逼上绝路吧!当你站在绝路上时，你才会发现太阳就在头顶。
人生只有这两个选择，要么出众，要么出局!在我们的字眼里，不应有安稳平淡的中间选择，只有坚持努力，才能做一个出众的自己。

Someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. I don’t know who wrote these words, but I’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.
We are young. “How to spend the youth?” It is a meaningful question. To answer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” Youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. It’s not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. It’s the matter of the will. It’s the freshness of the deep spring of life.
A poet said “To see a world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour. Several days ago, I had a chance to listen to a lecture. I learnt a lot there. I’d like to share it with all of you. Let’s show our right palms. We can see three
lines that show how our love.career and life is. I have a short line of life. What about yours? I wondered whether we could see our future in this way. Well, let’s make a fist. Where is our future? Where is our love, career, and life? Tell me.Yeah, it is in our hands. It is held in ourselves.
We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go better itself. Don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened. From the past, we’ve learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. We’ve learnt that we can’t choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. Failure doesn’t mean you don’t have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way. Failure doesn’t mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder.
As what I said at the beginning, “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. The past has gone. Nothing we do will change it. But the future is in front of us. Believe that what we give to the world, the world will give to us. And from today on, let’s be the owners of ourselves, and speak out “We are the world, we are the future.”
